The Smart Slot D is a barcode reader with DTMF transactional capability. Barcoded cards can be scanned into the Smart Slot D in a transactional sequence, and then transmitted to a receiving DTMF host system. The Smart Slot D is used mainly for activating promotional cards, at the point of sale.
