IBC's standard terms are net 30 for customers with credit.

To establish credit please complete our credit application and send it by fax or email. Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing.

We also accept Master Card, Visa, Amex, and Discover.

Most IBC products are made to order and are not returnable. For product that is returnable, a 20% restocking fee is charged. Returned product must be unopened, undamaged, and returned within 30 days.
