The Smart Card 812 reader/writer is a gang-box mountable reader which reads and writes to standard memory-style smart cards. Models are available with RS232 or RS422 interface. The reader comes standard with one bi-color led which can be controlled with serial commands.

he Smart Card 814 reader is a gang-box mountable stand-alone reader, with on-board (or optional off-board relay) which can control door access. The reader is downloadable/programmable using a smart card, and can control access for up to 300 employees. The reader may also be used for hotel room access.
