Repair |
|
IBC offers repair services on
all products manufactured after 1994, and on certain products manufactured
before 1994. We can also perform repair services for most discontinued products. You do not need an RMA number to send in a reader for repair. Simply send in the reader with a written explanation as to what seems to be wrong with the reader, and who to contact should we have any questions. We can also provide estimates for repairs if you wish. Simply specify with your paperwork that you wish to have an estimate first before we perform any work. |

Warranty |
| All IBC products are warranteed for a period of 1 year from purchase. Certain custom products may have longer periods of warranty. See IBC's terms and conditions (pdf format) for more warranty information. |
